You will report directly to the Director of Engineering & Business Development and your product range will be control valve systems used mainly for etch process in production of semiconductors and flat panels as well as photo voltaic panels.

Your tasks will comprise:
· Providing technical support including trouble shooting and failure analyses for existing customers in close cooperation with the Japanese sales organization
· Preparing corrective action reports and coordinating quality improvement measures
· Providing technical training at customer sites and for the sales and support team in Japan in Japanese
